DEADLINE TO REGISTER ONLINE IS

MONDAY APRIL 28, 2025 by 6 pm

PLEASE HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION READY BEFORE GOING FORWARD. YOU ARE ONLY PURCHASING ONE OF THE SEVEN OPTIONS . AFTER THE SHOOT, YOUR ACCOUNT WILL SHOW THE FUNDS THAT YOU PURCHASED ON THE WEB LINK.

ABOUT A WEEK TO TWO WEEKS AFTER THE PHOTO SHOOT, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL FROM YOUR PERSONAL ASSISTANT TO LINK YOU TO YOUR ACCOUNT AND AT THAT TIME YOU CAN PURCHASE PRINTS, STORYBOARDS, ETC. WITH YOUR FUNDS THAT ARE ON YOUR ACCOUNT AND CAN PURCHASE MORE AT THAT TIME.

YOU WILL ALSO NEED TO KNOW YOUR DANCERS CLASS NAME(S), CLASS TIME(S) and TEACHER(S).

STEP 1 Preregistration online BEFORE APRIL 28, 2025 6 pm. Please register your dancer, pick an option from 1-7 and pay all at once. Please have your credit card information ready before moving to the next links.

STEP 2 We are urging everyone to please register online, but in the case you do not preregister online for photos, parents will need to arrive 20-30 minutes early and enter through the back door to complete registration for your dancer. You will need to wait in line to register. Photo days are a bit crazy so save yourself some time and effort and complete the registration online.

STEP 3 Come on the day of your shoot ON TIME and camera ready. Wear recital costume, button down cover up and street shoes. Change into performance shoes upon arrival. Choose any hairstyle that makes you feel great and light makeup. Please check all of your costume pieces and put your name on them.

IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE ON TIME!

STEP 4 Dancer will enter Dance Zone through the back door of Dance Zone.

STEP 5 Dancers that have been preregistered, please pick up your photo card at the preregistration desk at the back door of Dance Zone.

Dancers that have not preregistered, please go to classroom #5 and register you dancer. Everyone that is there for pictures, weather they are purchasing a package or not needs to pick a photo card.

STEP 6 Dancers will be escorted to the photo area with their teacher or assistant. Parents can wait in room 5.

STEP 7 Dancers do their individual photo shoot, the class photo and will rehearse their dance in room 5.

STEP 8 You will be assigned a personal assistant that will contact you via email and give you all of her personal contact information about a week to two weeks after the shoot. Your personal assistant will instruct you on how to view your images and fulfill you option that you have purchased. Please watch your email.
